Once you've found your dream plot of land, you'll need to find the perfect builder to help you work out what kind of house you need. They'll work with you to understand your budget, lifestyle, needs, and requirements to determine the characteristics of your future home.
Your Independent Builder works with Icon Legacy to create the floor plans
This is where we step in! Your selected Independent Builder will work with Icon Legacy staff members to draw up your custom floor plan and schedule deliver dates for the modular components.
Your Independent Builder prepares the site for construction
At this point, we're going full steam ahead at our production line so it's down to you and your Independent Builder to get the site ready for delivery date.
All modular components and materials are delivered on site
When the manufacturing process is complete, the modular components will be transported to your site.
Your Independent Builder constructs your new modular home
It’s now down to your Independent Builder to put together the pieces and add all finishes to your new modular home.
