Icon Legacy is currently seeking applicants for a drywall sander. Essential duties include scraping and sanding surfaces prior to painting, cover and tape areas not being painted, fill holes and joints with caulk, spray surfaces to be painted, back roll spray surfaces, and touch-up work as needed. This position requires the use of a PAPR respirator which is provided. Qualified candidates must be detail oriented, be able to frequently ascend/descend a ladder, knowledge of the safe use of electric sanders and paint sprayers, and have the ability to use drywall stilts.
Icon Legacy is currently seeking reliable, skilled laborers for our Sheet Metal Department. Job duties include: Insulating exterior walls of modular units to the print and sales order specifications, cut and install siding to proper lengths, cut and trim siding to fit around doorways, windows, outlets, lights, vents, etc. Qualified candidates must have the ability to interpret construction blueprints, be proficient in the use of a router and other applicable tools, capable of moving/lifting to 75lbs., and have the ability to ascend/descend ladders.
Icon Legacy is currently seeking skilled sales professionals with a passion for building lasting business relationships. We specialize in business-to-business (B2B) sales – partnering with independent builders across the region. At Icon Legacy we pride ourselves on delivering a superior product and exceptional customer service. Essential duties include: managing and growing accounts with established B2B clients, develop new business opportunities and relationships with new customers, create sales estimates, provide product knowledge and support through the sales process, collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery. Qualified candidates should have strong communication and relationship-building skills, be self-motivated and goal-oriented, have proven experience in B2B sales or account management, have knowledge of the construction or modular housing industry.
We are currently seeking hardworking, dependable production laborers to join our team! Carpentry experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals who are ready to build a future with us! Candidates should be able to accurately read a tape measure, be able to lift 50+ pounds, be comfortable ascending/descending ladders, have a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
