Icon does not employ or subcontract builders, dealers or sales agencies, and does not sell any modular components or other building materials directly to the consumer/homebuyer. The plans and specifications for the modular components are approved by a third party engineering firm authorized by the respective state where the modular components will be used in the construction of a building. Independent builders using Icon’s custom systems-built modular components are responsible for the proper finish of their project(s) in which these components from Icon are used. Icon is not responsible for any damage or injury resulting from use or misuse caused by other parties.”
