We recently ordered a 2,700 square foot Cape Cod style modular home from your company and were very impressed. The salesman was very professional and helpful during the design process allowing the homeowner to customize the floor plan and finished materials exactly to their liking. The home was finished ahead of schedule and below budget with the obvious attention to detail not found in many modular manufacturers today.

Now that Lisa and I have been in our home, the home you and your company made possible, the last six weeks I just wanted to send you a thank you note on a job well done and provide you some pictures of the almost finished home! We are very happy with the workmanship and quality of the home. It is of very solid construction and given some of the weather we have had lately on the lake, it is very comforting.
