The company's 62,000 square foot building, housing both office and manufacturing space, is located in Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania.
The current ownership of the company consists of 71% employees and the remainder divided among investor-partners. All combined, the owners have 185 years experience in the housing industry. Four of the owners work directly in sales for the company, and several are involved in day-to-day management. Dan Stimely, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), is responsible for overall daily operations of the company, assisting in account development and management, and overseeing the sales and marketing, purchasing, engineering, and the quality control departments. Dan has devoted his career to the modular housing industry. Since starting as a draftsperson in 1985, he eventually worked his way up to engineering manager. Dan is multifaceted and knowledgeable in every aspect of the construction process. After a decade as a lead engineer and manager, Dan was promoted to operations manager where he excelled for many years until his ability to lead a company as CEO came in 2000, which has ultimately brought him to Icon Legacy Custom Modular Homes where his extensive knowledge and expertise has catapulted us to the forefront of the industry.
Kevin Hicks, President and Plant Manager, reports to the members of the board and is responsible for supervising, providing direction, and applying solutions over the production operation and safety departments. Kevin is a vital link to the leadership, growth, and future at Icon Legacy Custom Modular Homes. Devoted to the modular housing industry for over 25 years, Kevin began his career as a production line worker and with his acquired knowledge he soon climbed the ladder and became a production line foreman. Kevin's comprehensive experience was soon rewarded as he was promoted to plant manager before fulfilling his new role here at Icon Legacy Custom Modular Homes. Kevin's vast knowledge, attention to detail, and dedication to customer service has been pivotal to our success.
